Ulf Zetterberg
Chief Executive Officer

Ulf joined Dolphin Software from ERP provider IBS AB, where he was SVP and President of Iptor, the hardware and services business of IBS. Prior to joining IBS he was SVP EMEA for Open Text. Ulf brings many years of Enterprise software and services experience in global as well as entrepreneurial environments, having worked at Proact (where he was a co-founder and CEO) as well as Legato, EMC and Kazeon. Ulf studied Economics at Stockholm University.

Mark Williams
Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Dolphin Software, Mark served as CFO for IBS AB, and Paris listed Hubwoo SA, where he served initially as CFO and then as CEO. Prior to this, he was CFO at Atempo, London listed Sherwood International and Converge Inc. He has also held senior finance positions with Baan, Attachmate, and Sun Microsystems after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Mark has a BSc in Electronic Engineering.

Steve Tucker
Chief Operating Officer

Prior to Dolphin Software Steve served as Senior Vice President, EMEA for Spend to Pay Procurement software provider, Hubwoo. Steve joined Hubwoo after Intersources, the procurement services firm that he co-founded , was acquired by them in 2007. Steve's background is in commodity risk management, trading, sourcing and procurement having held senior roles with Mars, United Biscuits and Refco. Steve has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.
