Dolphin Contract Manager is unique in that provides role-based views to users depending on their job function and requirements.  This allows the system to be used by both Contract Management professional users, who may require enhanced functionality, as well as non-specialist business users, who may require less detailed functionality.

Dolphin Contract Manager ships with standard role-based access definitions that encompass the access rights and functionality requirements of most enterprise customers.

However, all user role definitions and associated security and access rights can be configured rapidly to meet the specific requirements of each organisation using Dolphin Contract Management.
